    Yes, you can update your personal information. To do so, click on the "my profile" button in the horizontal menu on the top part of the page.

  6. I tried to register to America's Cup Live Sailing but my country is not listed in the country choice. Can I register anyway ?

    We apologize your country is not part of the list. However, this does not prevent you to register: Just go at the end of the country list and select "All others" and continue the process normally.

  7. Vendor's name on my credit card statement is MNC SA, is it normal ?

    Yes, MNC is an Alcatel-Lucent company based in Switzerland and participating to the America's Cup project.

  8. How do I cancel my subscription ?

    You can fill the Contact form (Accessible via the support button on the footer of the page) to cancel your subscription. Please include in the email your username, password, reason for cancelling and any suggestions you have for improving our service.No refunds will be provided for cancelled services.

  9. I've lost my user name and/or my password. How can I get them back ?

    The user name is your Email address. To get your password back, just click on the «lost password» button on the My Profile or Login page and you will receive it by email.

Functionalities of America's Cup Live Sailing:

  1. Is it possible to access previous races ?

    Yes, the Archive menu gives you access to the previous races from 2005 and 2006 season. You can watch them without limit and with the same interactive features as the live races.

  2. Can I get live commentaries from America's Cup Live Sailing ?

    Yes. During all races a live audio commentary in English is proposed. Just click on the audio button of the interface. You can also activate live texts that will appear in the bottom of the viewer during live races.

  3. Is it possible to follow more than one race at the same time ?

    Yes, just click on the blue icon below the list of live race to activate the multirace viewer. You shall than access all races on the same screen. To come back to a specific race, just click on that race.

  4. How are the 3D images produced ?

    We use the GPS real time data from the boats and buoys to give us their accurate positions. The virtual images are reconstructed using this data, giving a very faithful rendering on what's happening on the water.

  4. What is the minimal configuration requested to access America's Cup Live Sailing ?

    In case of issues with the Shockwave player it is recommended to visit the FAQ section of the official website of Adobe at the following address: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/

  2. I got the following error from the Shockwave plug-in:'This application requires Xtra (Cursor..............) that either does not exist or failed to initiate properly' ?

    Your PC is probably behind a firewall which prevents Shockwave to install the Xtra libraries. If possible temporarily disable the firewall and reload the web page to let shockwave install the required libraries or contact your administrator.
